I think this poem wasn't for the readers, but more of a letter or advice for herself. She repeatedly suggests to herself that the "art" of losing isn't hard to master, or rather should be mastered, to make herself stop grieving over the things or people that she lost before. However, it was a good read and I loved this poem.
