Ch 8 is favorite chapter so far. “… people who are in pain recruit muscles in the “wrong” order compared with people who have no pain.” Additionally, the chapter walks through a specific study with detail (granted only 90 participants). Other chapter have said this is the conclusion and you should accept without methods or limitations.

Interesting learning the benefits of chiropractic, which is most of the time considered a step child and scientific research and literature however, I’m struggling with the science portion as it just makes references to studies, but doesn’t really do well to explain them. It feels like it alternates between being for someone who does have a technical background in terms of terminology, but explaining the research
