I have social anxiety, and I don’t understand how she can easily use phrases she learned from training I get that it’s fictional not everyone’s experience is like that. But for me personally, I can barely talk. My voice is always low and inaudible I had this for six years with my teachers and it’s been an issue… which is another reason why I’m insecure, I would never say that online yet I did.
