So far, the audiobook is much better for me. I listen to 1-2 chapters a day and it feels like listening to a podcast. Aparna is hilarious, as usual. I appreciate the research and personal insights provided throughout the book as well. 

It feels like taking a big, heavy, topic and humanizing it. I like the some research is presented and then she shares her experience.
