Over a 1/3 of the way through and I already know this book will be 5 stars. I’m taking my time, taking notes and applying what I’m learning as I go. This is a really well written book about the development and functions of the brain, what causes it to age and things we can do now to try and keep our brain young. The book is so interesting and actually enjoyable to read - even though such a complex topic!!
