Hang on, I’m remembering y from all the years of terrible Forgotten Realms novels. I think Finder’s music was magically locked away for reasons, and prior books from this couple covered how that spell ended. All good.

I'm choosing to ignore your later correction and just assume part of the Harper oath is to decide music that Faerunites listen to like some sort of fantasy FCC.
