rereading bc i loved this book in middle school and recently was reminded of that by the librarian when she asked teachers about what we read in middle/high school. i can tell it was written for tween girls lol. don’t love the past-tense narration, but i’m getting used to it. aspen is lowkey a misogynistic POS which i forgot about completely.
