So there’s a chance that neither Valentino nor Orion die??? So it’s a gamble: don’t go through with the heart surgery and expect to find another donor while simultaneously hoping that Valentino’s Death Call was wrong and that he lives, or go through with it and he dies. There’s a chance Valentino lives and Orion dies, a chance that both do, a chance the heart surgery was intended to be his death, etc.
