I have a question for the people who have read this. This is feeling basically like torture porn at this point and I'm gonna take a break to read something less depressing. Does it get any better any time soon? I'm also kinda bored, they kinda forgot about the plot... Unless the plot is just suffering and Stockholm syndrome 🥲

So far I think the world building is pretty interesting and the narrative is decent at the very least, it's just not grabbing me yet, though I hope it does! Especially because it's not exactly a light read 😅

Not soon, there is a lot of more depressing and just traumatic shit but as a friend told me who loves the original fanfic, there is a happy ending. Maybe check if it is worth the whole emotional pull is having since it is a long ass book.

I was mostly curious to see how the author made the relationship work, but it's not looking good 😅
