I read the first 4 chapters, but I'm not sure what to think. There are injustices, unpunished crimes, incurable diseases, mutilations, all on a single family.

The cover is intriguing and brings me to mind "Ghost Rider" that meets Cthulhu. But I am at the beginning, so it could go the opposite way.
