okay serious question at what point do you dnf a book?... because personally I'm on the fence right now with this. I don't know if it's cuz it's such a hard pivot from what I just read or if it's just actually not my vibe - but it really should be....

oh no!! I have this sitting on my bookshelf waiting for the right mood to hit. is it not great? I say DNF for now and go back to it when you're in a witchy mood. I recently went through the same thing. I had to put several books down bc I wasn't getting into them. I'm a mood reader.

it's got to be a mood thing because the book itself is fine I'm just not into it I'm going to pause and come back to it later because come on I love witches and I love vampires and I love demons and I love all this stuff but yeah not right now
I'm going to give it a try closer to the fall. feels like a fall read to me. Good luck with your next read. I'm reading Yesteryear right now and its different. I'm enjoying it, but I almost stopped. Glad I stuck with it. I hate when you cant find the exact perfect book for the mood. LOL
