So it wasn't bad, but it dragged a bit and the writing could use a bit more polishing. The good is that you really can't see the fanfic origins imo. I might read the sequel because I'm hooked by the plot. The chemistry between was just ok. They're no Jude and Cardan (my face enemies to lovers)
