I hear the writing style is iffy for the books is that true so far?

this is actually a reread for me, i am completely biased and LOVE twilight. i did as a kid and do even more now. it can be a bit awkward from time to time, but i think that's just bc it's a bit dated from the year it was written/i am so much older now. otherwise, i actually find something new to date about it every time. my first reread, I really felt she was good at writing tension/yearning and i stand by that. this reread? i'm remembering how much of a DIVA bella actually is HAHAH. she essentially thinks the people in forks are hillbillies until she gets to know them and Edward has WAY more attitude than i remember too, they were kinda enemies to lovers in that first book and it's CUTEEEE!! you, unfortunately won't find an unbiased thought about twilight from me, but i WILL recommended everybody read at least the first book. i know everyone drops off around the second bc it's slower, but i just love the series too much to care. i'd read about these characters shopping for insurance 😂😭😭
