It is clear that John Mark is a continuationist. I personally do not land there theologically but I am not opposed to it necessarily. However, in this section of the book Comer implies that as followers of Christ, we should literally be able to do everything that Jesus was/is capable of doing. I personally disagree on that point.

Although I’ve disagreed with some of John Mark’s theology in the past, this book is off to a great start! Reading it with a group of high school boys.

“Because how you understand the gospel is the linchpin of how you approach (or don’t approach) discipleship.”
