Ferguson really knows her DIY, construction and the landscape of Wisconsin's lakes and rivers. Something is amiss, as Ferguson deftly flushes out mystery and intrigue with great character development, storyline, and description as she moves the story forward! The tension is building at a steady pace.

A nice introduction to a sturdy family who owns a construction company, with foreshadowing of Indian legend and lore, up in Wisconsin near a chain of lakes and rivers. It is obvious that this author knows construction, with her detail references on renovations and architecture.
