Ugh! Keep in mind that the MIC (medical industrial complex) investigates any "shadow" found on diagnostic imaging solely for the purpose of CYA, which generates an inordinate amount of undue fear, anxiety, and alarm for millions annually, as most "shadows" are nothing more than imaging artifacts! Sending many prayers and wishes for a neg biopsy 💛🧚♀️🙋🏼.

Had a positive FIT (Fecal Immunochemical Test) too. I’m not worried I’m 95% sure it’s just routine.. 😉🫶
Oooph, Julia also keep in mind that there are millions of false pos FITs annually in those of us who eat red meat! IM(professional)O this test is a useless "screening tool" just used to generate revenue for the administering agency, as so many general "diagnostic" and "screening" tests are, jeeze & ugh! If gr still provided DM I could share with you the sham of all this "health screening" and some screening debacles from my own experience working in primary care in the U.S.
Personally, having no history or family history of any of these diseases for which screening tests are recommended, I stopped having any of these tests 12 yrs ago when I was 55yo. This really pissed off my "doctor" because most practices/clinics/hospitals collect mucho dinero by billing patients and 3rd party payers for these mostly useless tests! I'm not recommending this path for everyone, but it works for me 💛🧚♀️🙋🏼.

I’m a pescatarian but I do enjoy chicken every now and then.
Not looking forward to the bowel prep for this thing. What a load of pants it is.
Think I’ll do what you did next time they ask though I must confess to you up I have been in pain with sitting down for 4 years now and have only just been diagnosed with chronic proctalgia fugax.
NHS is so damn slow so I went private twice. I even went to see a gynaecologist as I thought the pain was there. Now my doctor is trying out meds to ease the pain. He assures me that he has a plan b, c, d, and e so I shouldn’t worry. My doctor is the one person I can rely on to sort this mess out.
Gotta work on my pelvic exercises though..!! 😊😊🫶🫶
