I just really don't care abt any of these people

For a story so keen on being dark and gruesome it sure spends no time actually describing any dark or gruesome things happening

It's really boring so far

I feel like I'm supposed to side with the resistance but their whole belief system seems to be shallow at best. Maybe I'm reading it wrong tho
