The emotional intensity contained in these pages is overwhelming. I read each sentence slowly and live the tragedies along with Lorna MacBride and imagine walking the dusty Australian Outback.

I am not sure where this novel will lead but it is one of the most beautifully written books that I have ever had the pleasure to read. I want to read it slowly to appreciate each phrase and sentence.
