How did you get a copy of this book? I've been looking everywhere and nobody has it. I even reached out to the publisher but unfortunately its unsure whether or not they will resume operation,

I was lucky. I ordered a copy when it came out and people were first talking about it. It has been sitting on my shelf for a long time. I just randomly picked it up to read recently. Sad to hear it is out of print. I really hope they print more of it.

I really wish someone (publisher or otherwise) would digitize it into an epub so more people would have access to it. It always pains me to see good books go out of print.

Yeah I feel the same. A digital copy would be a nice way to go if they can’t print more.
