Loving this series! I like this second book even better than the first. I connect more w/ this book’s FMC & MMC; I love how Ava is so patient with Valen’s trauma responses, becoming his safe space for healing countless years of imprisonment and abuse. I do still enjoy Zav’s crazy sense of humor throughout the story; much needed comic relief while we are reading about some dark situations. Excited to continue!
