Style and setting are what I expected, it reminds me of Rooney, big compliment. I really love the writing, but the theme doesn’t interest me. I almost dislike it. Teenage dynamics don’t appeal to me, especially male ones. I rarely read books by men, and I was reminded why during a long chapter about a Gaelic football training session. I’ll continue cause it’s very well written, and Im nostalgic about Ireland
