Im half way through and have no idea what the fuck is happening. Bad guys and kid are traveling around killing indians because…money? Idk. None of the characters are indistinguishable from each other which which makes reading this book a chore. I so want to understand this book, but it comes off as shock horror for non horror readers. “You know whats crazy? Dead babies! You know what else? More dead babies!”
