Idk lol I've just always been able to read fast. But only for really good books, if I hate a book it takes forever to finish.

i used to think that I wasn't able to finish books quickly, but I've started to borrow books from the library and I read whenever I can. When im on the metro, at the bus, waiting for a class or for an appoinment...
That has been my "methodolgy" since a few months ago

I feel like it also depends on whether you really like the book or not. For instance, if I’m obsessed with a book and it’s almost 500 pages, I can finish that in a day because how captivated I am.

honestly i learned how to read when i was really young and i've spent every moment since then with my nose in a book, so i would say always read more. it's the solution to everything lolll

I'd say it depends on the book, but also I don't really like watching tv that much, even as kids even if I watched I liked more reading books, so It made me read more, and even now as an adult I read instead of watching tv and instead of being too much on my phone or anything I am reading. But also I try to read whenever I have time, on the bus, while on a break with work, etc.. And mostly if I am invested in a book I won't put the book down I'll keep reading it and I can finish almost if not all the book in a day 400 or 500 pages :)

I hear some good advice here… but mine is ignoring responsibilities 😌

this time last year i had already read 118 BOOKS 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 idk how i did it.
now im stuck at 39 and can’t finish a book for the life of me

I ignore everything that needs to be done and gaslight myself into thinking I have free time so I lwk end up reading for a whole day 🥹✊
