OK so I don't understand football🤣🏈, but this has some ideas I like:

-below the line behavior=impulsive, autopilot,resistant-->BCD
B-blame others
C-complain about circumstances
D-defend yourself

-above the line behavior=intentional, on purpose, skillful

Event + Response= Outcome
Can't control events
Can control response
Can't DIRECTLY control outcomes
