What I thought was an autobiography turned into a most excellent motivational book. Talking about everything from aging and relationships and giving yourself Grace. I remember watching The First Time the show aired and the famous line I choose me was sad and I had no idea that it had recently become a big movement but I can totally get behind it. I am purchasing this book again to gift some friends.
