Odd book. The lead character just observes everything, with some of her actions spelled out, but not always, and really minimal engagement with other people via speaking. It’s hard to tell what she’s thinking, and therefore she falls flat as a character. Each chapter is almost interesting, but quickly becomes boring or pointless.
