I was really enjoying this book right up until the ending, which felt so rushed. For a person down trodden for 16 years to have a turn around in a matter of weeks was a little unrealistic. I wanted to see more of the outcome of the quarry investigation in the epilogue too, seeing as it was a big part of the story. I did really like the origami girl poetry and I don’t normally like poetry. It was good book.

This book definitely invokes emotions. I’m pissed off and frustrated with the MC, I feel bad for her. God the rest of the characters are awful people.
