A lot of thoughts about this book - good and bad

I hope this book was therapeutic for her because wow she deserves it for what she went through. She wrote this in a way that was very easy to read and had humor with sorrow.

I do wish there was a trigger warning about eating disorders as a newer mom this got a little hard for me to get through
