Chapter 13 was a little too much for me. The description of how robert was slashed is a lot. Too many details and it hurt. But i love the whole marching band part. I really hope they find the good in this place with music.

1st chapter: the language is a little hard for me to understand but in the book shes talking about the racism and black culture. Very interesting so far.
