I was hoping this book would be based on the main character's experience of diving into a book to escape her current reality. However, it was actually what I would expect from book 2. A story of a library being attacked from an outsider.
The issue is, there is so little background on the library 1) for me to care what happens to it 2) to understand what is going on and why someone would want to attack it.
