Stopped reading. Controversial theoretical framework by saying ADHD stems from sensitivities. It is widely accepted that ADHD does NOT stem from being a highly sensitive person. HSP is widely accepted as personality trait, NOT a diagnosis (even though this book is trying to convince the reader HSP is a diagnosis). I only want to learn about evidence based research.
