It’s pretty good so far but concerning. There is a large amount of imagery that is just disgusting. Some characters like Nefer are straight up scam artists. There is a lot of scepticism and cynicism towards humans and god and humanity, at least from the main character. Which tbh makes sense since he’s a physician lol
