We will flail when learning if we cannot recall relevant knowledge. We need this knowledge to remain accessible so that as many humans as possible in the socio part of the system can employ it in their feedback loops. Hence, we must elevate documentation as a core practice and higher priority than other “sexier” activities.

Ambiguity can only be resolved by interaction with the system. Then we manage it on an ongoing basis by gaining more experience with this ambiguous reality to build comfort with responding to ambiguous situations.
