My generation has seen lots of changes in the public sphere: Sports Betting, Marijuana, Social Media etc. The notion that legalization with regulation will lead to a better society than simply criminalizing said behavior is pervasive; and I can't help but think that it's often very wrong. Those can't be the only two choices.
