I agree with the father - it's too early in the story for the girl to be acting homesick. This just feels like the author's internal debate on what they should use as the father-daughter conflict.
Too soon to say but it's likely this book will not impress me.

Once again, we have a special mc who has no deficiencies, doesn't need to work for her abilities, and is certainly overpowered to the point of exception.
Also, a god being mischievous is one thing. A romance between a god and his human weapon is cliche, unnecessary, and a bit stupid tbh. Not a fan.
I was looking forward to the tournament arc in this story but I think I'm done.

For a book posing itself as a "fairy tale", the writing is very much not of that style. It's more aligned with modern fantasy. It's not a bad premise, just a less-than-exciting execution.
The mc is a timid girl, her father is hated by everyone else in his family, and his motivation so far has been "you are my child so I own you." The one positive character is bland, and everyone else is terrible.
