Well damn. Really enjoyed 98% of this book but that ending was extremely anticlimactic and disappointing. 350 pages of work wiped out in 13 pages, kind of feel like I wasted my time. Peter never has to face what he did, Sally ends up an addict that lives alone - no friends, no family, no job - and they drop that her dad was abusive to her mum and then that’s it. All this character development just to burn it… Sad
