So I'm enjoying it but also, at 56% call me crazy, but I expect Veda to be comfortable going to Hiram or enjoying his company. And here we are and she would rather enjoy a meal alone than the conversations she has with him... She seems a little too high and mighty. But I'm still enjoying the mystery aspect so far.

Normally I rarely notice if a book is in first or third person and can enjoy it regardless. For some reason the third person POV is REALLY standing out and feels... clunky?
