Something that seems interesting is the debate of affirmative action. I'm not sure whether I am in support of it or not, but reading this book as a window will hopefully inform me more on this topic. The debate is normally based off of "fairness and merit" (Corwin 5). I think that there isn't really a right answer because I know that it was unfair in the past, but I'm undecided whether I support it or not.
