It feels very… alive.
Surprisingly so despite the flowery language. I thought I wasn’t a big fan of high fantasy anymore, but maybe that’s just because it’s been so long.
I sense the seeds of a real murder mystery, but I’ll probably have to table this for a bit since it’s been months since I first picked it up.
