Finished 'Turning the Tide.' This one's detail did not go as far as to blur the picture it was trying to paint. As always, a mystery is left unsolved that lets the reader's mind fill in the blanks, a truly wonderful way to present these decrepit areas.

Finished "Hold the World in My Arms for Three Days and All Will Be Changed." A haunting rapture-like event is painted before us, described in such a way that leaves us wanting more information, but we know how these stories go here. Our minds fill the void of information, telling our own personal nightmares. This was a very interesting event to showcase here.

Finished "Low Tide." A very interesting aquatic invasion, but I feel like I may have gotten more enjoyment out of it had I known more about ocean creatures. Some of the descriptions also made it harder for me to understand what the creatures and environment was like, but I believe that is my fault, not the author's.

Just finished ‘Monument.’ This one feels a little harder to follow, almost like the first and second half aren’t connected. However, I am sure that this is probably reader error. The ending is very haunting though

Finished "Enlivened." This paints a very clear picture compared to the last two. I like how this one is different, as it outright states that there is definitely something else present. I am not sure if that makes it scarier or not. It is still very enjoyable, nonetheless.

Finished 'Wyrd." Again, a haunting picture is painted for the reader. However, (and this may just be me) it feels as that there is so much detail regarding the surrounding area that the picture that is painted seems to lose focus.

Finished 'Hippocampus.' The descriptions of the accursed ship and its interior paint a haunting picture in the reader's mind of the carnage that occurred on the vessel. Explanations? Practically nonexistent. While it may seem frustrating to not be given any thorough explanation as to exactly what happened, it allows the reader to fill in what occurred on the ship.
