Así que esta es la historia de "La Crusada Secreta"
Interesante... Se parece bastante al juego. (Por lo menos hasta donde voy leyendo yo que es más o menos principio de la parte 2)

I mean, I'm not that far to properly judge it yet, but taking into consideration AI told me this also features Altaïr's love interest Maria and all the adventure it took the whole of Bloodlines and some Assassin's Creed Reveletion flashbacks to fully develop the lore
Get to your own conclusions.

72 of 300, and they've already gotten rid of the inner speech, deep philosophical conversations that were the essence, core, aura of the franquise.
I mean... This could have easily been a 1500 pages long massive book and I'd have still bought it regardless.
Sadly it is a 300 pages brief summary of this Assassin's Legend.

So that's it. I love the game, but the execution of the novel feels less robotic and far way more enjoyable than the game this novel is supposedly based on.

Ok... I'm not saying it's particularly a _bad thing_, but this book skipped completely the first tracking mission even (taking place in Massaf, without blade or sword). It jumps directly into Damasco for the first assessination target.
