One of the coolest things Jesus did after some of the apostles were done fishing is he cooked and made a meal for them. Fish and bread. He did this before teaching them.

The resurrection is actually an ordinance just like baptism, etc. No one on this earth possesses the keys to perform the ordinance of resurrection. It is speculated since fathers usually do ordinances like baptisms and blessings, that they will also do the ordinance of resurrection for their family when that day comes. It is an ordnance you cannot do on yourself.

so there is a kind of heaven and hell before you’re resurrected. it’s literally divided by a gulf and one side cannot interact with the other. when you’re resurrected you’re either in the spirit world, or spirit prison, where you are surrounded by all of your guilt—it’s unavoidable. these people were so tormented they had no desire to see Jesus after he died and visited the spirit world.

Learned so much about the spirit world. Spirits in the spirit would pray for us and are very busy. There are good and bad spirits. People who die do not immediately see God. They go to the spirit world. Angels are resurrected beings who possess a higher knowledge. The spirit world is this earth, in a different dimension. God is in a completely different location.

In the garden & on the cross Jesus initiated the great exchange: the transfer of our stains and blood on our garment to his. That is why when he comes again he will be wearing red. Red is the color of stains from working in a winepress. It is also symbolic color of the saviors spilled blood in Gethsemane & on the cross.

When they pierced the Savior’s side, blood and water came out, a medical condition of fluid surrounding a ruptured pericardium due to stress. Jesus died of a broken heart. “If we are to be born again, we must offer a broken heart, accept the cleansing blood of Christ, and come up out of the water of baptism”

the very last thing to happen before Jesus died on the cross was he said “i thirst” and someone put vinegar in a sponge and into his mouth. this fulfilled a prophecy in the scriptures “for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink”, then it was finished.
