Needed a break from stories & voices too close to home, so reading this. Is there something about translations that helps you read content that is distressing, but with beautiful detachment? Or is it the specific translated authors that I choose to read? Anyway ... I love it. IDK if I love this book specifically yet, but I'm enjoying the distance the way of the words puts between me & the experience of emotions.
