I hate love triangles! I miss the wrong flags! I’m guessing the signs he’s not as great as I want him to be to be: forceful during sex (but loving otherwise), he got dark when torturing the Nabber in prison (but doing that for her), he’s treating her as being by HIS side (not him by hers), and the Nabbers aren’t actually decreasing after the supposed raid. Grrrr. Bet he and king are tricking her family.

Hmmm. So Stark makes her dance with him at the ball, mentions her opal necklace, and acts possessive of her to Killian. However, Meryn claims to be Killians in a crowd to Stark.

She now has the opal necklace from her mom. Anassa took notice.

Ok, Meryn survived the purging trial, no betrayal by Killian (yet — I’m so nervous!), but Stark caught them smiling at each other. Lee is willing to publicly claim her but she doesn’t want to yet.

I like Killian’s style, mostly, but I feel dread in their moments now that he’s making her keep her eyes closed during intimacy. He better not have let anyone else in the room.

I Love Killian. He’s hot, possessive, caring, strong. I know the author will make him let me down later, though. They can’t let the hot blonde dude win. I’m sure they’ll make him a (bigger) liar, manipulator later.

Stupid Stark — I’m sure I’ll eat my words, but I don’t care if they are mated or whatever. Enemies to lovers trope is getting tired.

So this whole princess theory is growing with the hidden carving found in the castle basement of the crowned woman on a direwolf. Guessing the king stole the crown from the bonded rulers somehow and her lineage is meant to be in charge.

Starks insistence on nickname her princess but obviously means she’s actually royalty of some kind, especially as it relates to these dreams/illusions she’s having. What’s Lumina?

Why do t people know about the Nabbers, but Lee does. Not even Henrey knows and he’s a commoner.

I want Lee, not Stark, to end up the MMC. I know I’m wrong, but I’m also a girl who liked Tamlin. Argh. In book, she’s upset with Lee, killed a trainee in self defense, cutting her hair, a Stark tattooing her neck (then licking it). stupid tension with the wrong man. I bet he knows their wolves are mated and that’s why he’s been “hating” her so far.
