Alexi is hilarious. Spinning the wheel to illustrate how unexpected the transformation is was quite funny. But the translation made me think. What if it is the moon light that triggers the transformation? Alexandrite is affected by light absorption in a phenomenon termed the i.e. “alexandrite effect” so…it might be it.

Oh, the plot thickens! I still don’t know how exactly and why? I need answers. All I’m sure of is that sensei is hiding something. And he is evil. The way he broke Phos in the first chapter (or maybe not. But I’m sure it was in the first volume) and said oh I forgot you were this fragile or something was diabolical. I don’t like him. I don’t trust him.

I am losing it! What do you mean everyone suspects Sensei of having some kind of relationship with the Lunarians but they’re doing nothing. And Cinnabar still doesn’t know what to think about it all. I have a feeling that all the gems that were taken by the Lunarians were taken because they were into something. When Shiro disappeared sensei didn’t give a straight answer to Phos’s question.

Shiro is totally a dog! But what the hell? If he is a “Lunarian” then the other Lunarians…what even are they? Sensei is totally keeping them in this place doing the same thing over and over again. But to what end?

I burst out laughing when they turned into little cute guys. And Rutile dissecting one only for it to split into two was funny. The way they hurled it at Phos’s head…hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. But what the hell are they?

I love how horror-centric this chapter was! But if anything happened to Dia I’ll rage quit! She’s the sweetest. It is crazy that Bort and Phos couldn’t handle it. I find the protocol of ringing the bell six times (which corresponds with the Sox meteors) quite interesting. Will that even wake the sensei? I have so many questions.

I love Phos’s heels! And I really adore the idea of the jellyfish vote, it’s so fun.

I hate to say it but Bort is so cool! Mainly design-wise but also as a character. But the way Dia was treated is sad.

Double black spots? Oh hell nah.

Bort asking Phos to be partners was insane! What about Dia? It’s very rude and inconsiderate.
