ALMOST AT THE FINISH LINE, THANK GOD

I get that this book is about the romance/sex and everything else is just set dressing, but it would be much more interesting if Alex's family were Republicans. That way there'd be some real human conflict that actual people go through.

About time this book started going somewhere!

All this banter while being locked in a closet would be super cute if they weren't trying to hide from an active shooter. STFU already, guys!

Not sure "snipes" is the word I would use in the "insults" context during an assassination attempt scene (that takes place in the UK instead of the US for some reason lol).

Pretty sure bribery and threats, not NDAs, are how the elites keep each other in line, but okay.
