This book was recommended to me and what a great eye opener it is! A book about the brain and it's elasticity - ground breaking! We know so little about how our brain works that this new science is opening up amazing information and ways that we can 'heal' ourselves and rethink with different parts of our brain. Cannot wait to read the rest
