ngl the first book was interesting bc mythology and that - with this one I'm only 5 chapters in and they're so much more obviously toxic that the last 2 books. like all the lying and manipulation and violence??? I'm actually not feeling it. I'll give it a few more chapters and if it doesn't improve i'll dnf
