I'm sorry but where the heck were Eriko's parents when she was younger? I feel like her issues with making friends would've presented itself in kindergarten or even earlier. What she's doing and does IS creepy but she hasn't really gotten to a truly creepy level yet. She found her house using clues anyone else online could've used.
