Finally on chapter 2! Very interesting. The author is talented because she takes this extreme in depth history but makes it interesting to read in a way that you don’t get bored. It’s extremely niche though, but a fun companion to starting adult ballet 🩰

Wow! Super in depth and so wonderful so far. Only 3% in and I’ve already learned so much history. Right now we’re in Versailles with King Louis the 14. Earlier we explored philosophers and such and midevil times. This is a LONG book!! I love the idea that dance is the beautiful part of math.
